Nestled in a beautiful narrow valley, between the Great Smoky Mountains and the Blue Ridge Parkway is the 3rd Generation Barn Loft. This unique event venue is on a working farm that is 118 years old, and is still owned by the same family that started it. Animals, wildlife, fields, crops and winding creeks have always called this place home.

The big white barn, that houses the 3rd Generation Barn Loft, is 90 years old, having originally served as a dairy barn. The 3rd Generation Barn Loft itself was the enormous hay loft of the big barn, that held 6000 bales of hay. The hay loft has been renovated, by the granddaughter of the original owner, for all types of events.
